New Hampshire delegation explores trade opportunities in Uruguay

The team analized various aspects of future commercial realtions between Uruguay and New Hampshire

As part of their visit to various countries in the region, a New Hampshire delegation arrived yesterday in Montevideo to explore trade opportunies in Uruguay.

The delegation is headed by Commissioner Sean O´Kane, Director of the New Hampshire Department of Resources and Economic Development. O'Kane is accompanied by Dawn Wivell, Director of the Office of International Commerce, Gustavo Moral, Commercial Consul in Chile, Michelle Ouellette, from the Office of International Commerce, and Terry Fisher from the International Trade Administration.

The team completed a busy schedule which included meetings with Uruguay's Minister of Tourism, Dr. Hector Lescano and leading figures from the private and public sectors.

The delegation also visited the ZONAMERICA Business and Technology Park in Montevideo where the New Hampshire based company MARKHEM Corporation operates.
